The highest requirements on raw materials ensure maximum process reliability in the production of our trash containers and trade wheelie bins, and are the basis of our quality and environmental management system according to DIN ISO 9001 and DIN ISO 14001.
In addition, our mobile garbage bins and plastic waste containers meet the criteria of both DIN EN 840 and RAL GZ 951/1. Furthermore, our commercial wheelie bins are marked with the CE-mark according to Directive 2000/14 EC as well as the appropriate noise level (dBA).
The waste recycling bins and litter bins are produced using the compact injection moulding process, from high molecular weight polyethylene (HDPE). This material was specially developed for the manufacture of refuse containers and recycling bins and is certified in accordance with internationally-recognised quality standards. At the customer's request, tested recycled material from used waste containers is used. HDPE is resistant to rotting, cold, heat and chemicals; special UV stabilisation makes it particularly resistant to ageing.

The production of our products involves a high energy consumption, which puts a strain on the environment and leads to constantly rising energy costs due to the finite nature of fossil resources. WEBER is committed to permanently reducing energy consumption, avoiding unnecessary energy consumption and optimizing its energy-related performance in a continuous improvement process. Our company uses an energy management system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 50001.

The protection of our employees, the employees of our subcontractors and suppliers is a central concern of WEBER. We established an occupational safety and health protection management system according to ISO 45001, which was certified in 2024.

New to the Weber website are the 660 L and 770 L recycling bins with a "lid in lid" feature. Our goal is to offer all our customers the greatest possible convenience for their waste disposal. That is why we are expanding our 660 L / 770 L waste bins range with a "lid in lid" option. Smaller refuse bags or loose waste can be disposed of quickly and easily via the front lid without having to lift the larger main lid. If desired, this integrated lid can be supplied in a number of colour options. Our waste plastic bins are used in many different branches of industry, in offices, in public facilities, schools, etc. The small insert lid allows you to easily dispose of your waste in any situation.
